Where do you deliver oil?
We deliver to select communities in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland. We can't guarantee that we deliver to every town in all of these states. The best way to find out whether we deliver to your town is to enter your zip code into our service locator.
How do I order oil?
Ordering oil is done via a series of web forms that you fill out. The forms are easier to fill out if you have opened an account with us however you are not required to open an account.
Is it safe to place an order online?

Yes, our forms are highly secure. Our secure server protects your information using advanced encryption by Thawte, Inc. Your browser should show a lock icon in the bottom status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for sensitive information such as addresses and account numbers. As a Secure Site, we use state-of-the-art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use.

How long after I complete my order will you deliver my oil?
Generally speaking, it takes anywhere from 2-4 days after we have received your order for the delivery to be made. If you are experiencing an emergency or are dangerously low on fuel we do not encourage you to rely on this system.
Do I have to be home when you deliver the oil?
It depends on whether we can locate and access your tank without any problems. After we receive your order we will confirm the delivery with you and at that time we will discuss this with you.
What price will I pay for oil?
Pricing varies by region so to find out today's current price for your area just enter your zip code in the service locator. The cost per gallon changes on a regular basis based on a number of factors including supply and time of the year. Please be aware that fuel oil is a commodity and so the price depends on a variety of market forces.
What are my payment options?
You can pay by credit card or by cash-on-delivery. Option details will be outlined before you complete your order.
Does COD Oil offer service contracts?
A heating oil service contract helps protect you if your system needs servicing. As  a discount oil provider COD Oil does not offer service contracts however if your system needs repair and/or tuning up you should contact us to see if we can help.
If I have problems with my order or if I need help who do I contact?
